Philip R. Rizzuto, MD FACS, is a native New Yorker who has lived in Rhode Island for 24 years and started his private practice dedicated to Ophthalmology, Oculofacial Plastic Surgery in 2000. A graduate of The University of Buffalo School of Medicine in New York, and completed his Ophthalmology residency at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City and his Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship at The Kresge Eye Institute in Michigan. Dr. Rizzuto is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Rizzuto did an amazing job repairing my 81 yr old mom's eyelid after a horrific fall down her stairs. She sliced just below her eye and bc it was so swollen and close to her tear duct, the plastic surgeon was afraid to stitch too close which resulted in a droopy eyelid.
